How do I create an account?
When you sign up for Spot coverage, you’ll be asked to enter some information about yourself, such as your age, mailing address, and email. Once you’ve paid for your policy, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us and will be asked to register your account under the email address you initially provided. Be sure to remember which email you use, because that will be how you access all your account information and submit claims!
How do I update my account?
You can update your account by logging in with the email you signed up with. You can edit your personal information, update your payment information and start a claim. Need help? Chat us on the site or email us at spot@getspot.com.
My card was incorrectly charged - Can someone help me?
