Spot has two different platforms for Spot Accounts. Which platform you should log into depends on how and where your Spot coverage was purchased.
After selecting Login from the main navigation of the Getspot.com website, you will be prompted to select the location or Spot partner you purchased Spot coverage from. Once you select the location or partner, you should be routed to the correct login screen for your coverage.
When logging in, use the same email you originally used to purchase Spot coverage. In some cases, this may be the email used to purchase tickets or passes for an activity covered by Spot, like a ski lift ticket, or event pass.
Purchased Spot in more than one place?
After selecting Login on the the Getspot.com website, please select the location or partner where you purchased the specific coverage you’re trying to file a claim for.
