Can I cancel my Spot Trip Protection?
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can cancel this insurance within the free look period by contacting Spot, spot@getspot.com. Free look periods are typically 10 days from the date of your purchase but you should confirm the length of your free look period by reviewing your plan documents in your Spot account. We’ll refund the plan cost, provided that your trip has not yet started and provided that you have not filed a claim.
My travel plans have changed, can I update my Trip Protection plan?
Yes. If the dates of your trip have changed and/or the cost of your trip has increased, you can contact Spot to update your Trip Protection Plan. You can make changes any time after your date of purchase but before your trip begins. Check your plan documents for any exclusions or limitations. For example, your insured trip may not exceed 30 days in length.
