If I purchased Spot for an event or through a Partner, what am I covered for?
The coverage for each of Spot’s partners varies slightly. We provide event coverage through partners like AthleteReg, pass coverage when you ski with Alterra, and broader partner coverage with organizations like USA Cycling.
If you made an account by signing up through Spot's website, you can log into your account and see your policies and coverage. If you signed up through a Partner site (or if you have an account, but have more questions), just drop us a line on chat or email us at spot@getspot.com.
If I purchased Spot for an event and got hurt, how do I file a claim?
If you bought event coverage through a partner you will enter the email used to purchase coverage to log in and smash that “File a Claim” button. Follow the prompts, answer a few simple questions, and upload your documents to have your claim submitted.
Can I purchase a policy for someone else?
Some of our partnerships do allow you to buy a policy for someone else. For example, if you are signing someone up for a marathon at check out or buying coverage for a family member who races for USA BMX/BMX CANADA. Chat us on the site or email us at spot@getspot.com with any questions!
