How does Spot Refund Guarantee work?
Spot Refund Guarantee is a cancel for any reason (CFAR) product that will reimburse a portion of your purchase if you cancel your experience or activity. Spot Refund Guarantee is not an Insurance Product.
There is no proof or documentation required to use Refund Guarantee. Refund requests should be approved within 24-72 hours of the request. Refunds should be processed within 72-96 hours of you receiving confirmation of your cancellation.
Specific steps:
- If you wish to cancel and receive a refund, please login here to access your Spot account. To request your refund, you will need to provide some basic information, including your Order ID Number, the Date and Time of your experience and a brief explanation of your cancellation reason.
- Spot will reach out via email to confirm that your Booking cancellation has been processed.
Following this confirmation, Spot will issue you a refund within 72-96 hours. Refunds will be made in USD and processed via Venmo or PayPal.

What happens after I use my Spot Refund Guarantee cancellation?
Once your cancellation has been completed, the Operator is informed of the cancellation and your admission ticket or event pass will be invalidated. You will receive your refund via PayPal or Venmo payout (in your preferred currency) within 3-5 Business Days. Once activated, a Refund Guarantee refund request cannot be reversed.
How are refund payments issued?
For ease of use and immediate availability of funds, we partner with PayPal and Venmo to complete refunds. During your refund request submission, we will request your PayPal or Venmo details. If you don’t currently have one of these accounts, don’t worry! It is free and easy to sign up and you can transfer the funds immediately into your bank account if you so choose.
